Files and tool data

Almost every ToolVexa tool runs entirely inside your browser. Files you open — PDFs, images, audio, text — are processed on your own device and are never uploaded to us or stored on our servers.

One exception is the Currency Converter, which fetches public exchange rates from a third-party rate service. No personal data is sent with that request.

Accounts

If you create an account we store your email address, the date you joined, and your subscription status. Passwords are stored by our authentication provider in hashed form; we never see them.

Payments

We do not take card payments on this website. Pro subscriptions are arranged manually over WhatsApp. If you message us, that conversation is held in WhatsApp under their own privacy terms. We record only your email, the plan you asked for, and whether the payment was confirmed.

Cookies and analytics

We store a sign-in session in your browser so you stay logged in. We do not run advertising trackers today. If that changes, this page will be updated first.

Your choices

You can change your email or password at any time from your account settings, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting us.
